$7.50 Per Week (Paid Once At Start Of Plan)
Customized training plan for a single race
Includes:
Initial zone calculation workouts and assessment. In the first week of the plan, I will work with you to figure out your training zones.
Complete training plan loaded to your Training Peaks account for a single race.
Plan updates would be an additional fee
