  • Continued zone adjustment for current fitness

  • Monthly update call if necessary or desired

  • Training Peaks Premium

Single Race Training Plan

$7.50 Per Week (Paid Once At Start Of Plan)

Customized training plan for a single race

Includes:

  • Initial zone calculation workouts and assessment. In the first week of the plan, I will work with you to figure out your training zones.

  • Complete training plan loaded to your Training Peaks account for a single race.

  • Plan updates would be an additional fee
